The Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC) is governed by 15 superintendents from Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our programs and services are available to all districts and schools throughout the state of New Jersey.

The Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission is a public, non-profit agency that provides educational programs for school districts, students with special needs, parents and staff members of our member districts, and other Educational Services Commissions.
