The Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission provides a single discipline (School Psychologist, LDT-C, Social Worker) and/or full Child Study Team services to meet public school Child Study Team need requests including evaluations, per diem, leave replacements, etc.  

Child Study Teams are available to perform independent third-party evaluations in cases of dispute between the local district and the parents.

Bilingual CST evaluations are also available.

Consult with Nandieta Itwaru, at 732-695-7800 in the Special Services Department in order to request individual team members or full teams to meet your district’s independent Child Study Team needs.
