    A Fellowship for K-12 Social Studies Educators 
    Cohort One: New Jersey's Colonial History for Grades 3-8 Teachers

    *With a special focus on the exhibit Beneath the Floorboards: Whispers of the Enslaved at Marlpit Hall 

    When: August 8th, 9th, & 10th  8:00am-12:00pm 

    Where: Taylor-Butler House, 127 Kings Hwy. Middletown, NJ

    Cost:  This fellowship is FREE for educators!

    Why: To provide educators with background knowledge and age-appropriate strategies for using primary sources and inquiry learning to teach local history 


    Fellowship applications are welcome from grades 3-8 social studies educators serving in public and nonpublic schools in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Fellows will earn CEUs through Monmouth University!
