Good Evening MOESC Community,
This is Dr. Tara Beams, Acting Superintendent of the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission. In an abundance of caution for our entire school community regarding the spread of COVID-19, the Regional Achievement Academy and MOESC Offices will be closed effective Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27, 2020. All students and staff are to follow the remote learning plan and the emergency closure plans sent home today, Friday, March 13. The Emergency Closure Plan for all students and staff and any additional resources can be found on the District's website at www.moesc.org. Please note MOESC Office staff and administrators may be required to report to the Hope Road offices or their respective departments as needed between the hours of 9am and 1pm. Please check your emails throughout the weekend in case you are needed to report on Monday morning. We will continue to evaluate this situation and communicate information as we continue to receive guidance from State and County officials. If you have any questions, please contact your direct supervisor. Please stay healthy and take care of each other.
In the event of school closures related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the New Jersey Virtual School will continue to follow normal operating procedures. The help desk will continue to be available and students & staff should continue to progress through their work. Thank you!
