Compensatory Education provides instruction in the areas of reading, writing, and math. Supplementary Instruction is provided to a student with a disability classified as eligible for special education with a service plan. English As A Second Language instruction is provided to eligible students who are identified as limited English proficient. The student learns to develop proficiency in English language skills in the areas of speaking, reading, and writing.

New Jersey appropriately certified teachers provide the instruction.

Home Instruction services are available for non-public students. Home Instruction services are given in lieu of regular classroom instruction to an eligible student who is enrolled full-time in a non-public school and is unable to attend school for a period of two weeks or more because of temporary illness or injury.
