Illegal harassment and bullying in the school setting is an extremely serious and a very common problem across the nation. In New Jersey, new charges of illegal harassment in schools surface every week. These cases involve allegations of students harassing other students, teachers or other school employees harassing students, and employees harassing one another. Federal and state laws protect New Jersey students and employees from many forms of harassment. Every New Jersey student and school employee has the right to learn - or work in a safe, secure, non-hostile envionment. The price of this course is $3.00 per student.
