Our behavioral structure is based on the idea of work. Students earn a salary that is calculated daily into a checking account. The salary is based on research behaviors that are important in the workplace. Those include; remain in designated area, respect for personal space and property, participates and completes assignments, follow directions, and appropriate language.

The students gain practical mathematic skills requiring them to budget their earnings and gain practice in paying for services. Students utilize their earnings through purchases at our school store, trips, and other special activities and privileges.
