The Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission offers a variety of contracted services to local school districts. Monmouth and Ocean County districts can contract with the Commission for direct services designed to save them money as well as valuable administrative and clerical time.

Participating school districts find that MOESC services offer a vital link to meeting increasing program and budget demands. By working with member districts to cooperatively finance service expenses, the MOESC is able to maintain quality services at affordable prices. All contracted services are funded by a cooperative service expense based on the level of district participation.
